By having a sole source of contact, your Project Manager is accountable for the scope, schedule and budget, which results in total quality management.
As part of our overall management of each project, communication with our technicians and any related subcontractors is addressed prior to installation, not during. By adhering to daily and consistent communication with not only our own personnel, but also the General Contractor, other trade contractors, and distributors, ICG will deliver your project seamlessly.
